We at Jordan Music Workshops Limited (‘JMW’) endeavours to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (‘GDPR’).
GDPR protects the rights of individuals by setting out certain rules as to what organisations can and cannot do with information about people with regards to the collection of your private data as a customer.
What information do we collect?
Emails
Being a customer of JMW, there are a few reasons why we have your details on record, either for services provided or you may have opted in to being kept up to date with future services (by marketing emails in relation to products/services/competitions).
In accordance with GDPR regulations, we are obliged to retain documented evidence of individuals opting in to receive emailed communications from us which is held on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Keap (formerly known as Infusionsoft) and hosted by Bluehost.

Phone Numbers
If you have completed a webform you may have entered your number as well as your e-mail address. Phone numbers are stored on our CRM but rarely used as most of our contact is made via e-mail.
Card Details
We do not have access to neither do we store any credit card details. Our purchases are made online and are processed either by the following methods:

When purchasing you will be asked to fill out personal details in relation to the product you have purchased and your personal details are not passed on to a third party. - PayPal. PayPal is an American company operating a worldwide online payments system that supports online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional payment methods.
Your card details are processed through PayPal, which we do not receive. We receive details of completion of your payment, the product purchased, e-mail address and postal address only. This information is stored in our business PayPal account and on our CRM.
Events
Tickets for our events are purchased through Eventbrite. Eventbrite contains as much information as you choose to fill in on the purchase form.
Only the e-mail address and purchases details are needed as they are on line/downloadable products but it also gives you the choice to include your postal address etc. Click here to review Eventbrite’s Privacy Policy.
Refunds are processed via the original method of payment.
Virtual Events
Tickets for our virtual events are purchased through Clinton Jordan shopping cart. Clinton Jordan Shopping cart contains as much information as you choose to fill in on the purchase form.
Only the e-mail address and purchases details are needed as they are on line/downloadable products but it also gives you the choice to include your postal address etc.
Refunds are processed via the original method of payment.
Security
The transmission of information via the internet is unfortunately not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its security. Once we have received your information, we adhere to the strict procedures and security features of our service providers.
Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions ('T&C'):
T&C of products/services between the consumer and Clinton Jordan via Jordan Music Workshops Ltd (JMW).
We at JMW agree to provided the service(s) of virtual or live lessons (‘The Lessons’) as purchased by you (‘The Consumer’). The Lessons are recorded or live depending on which has been purchased. The Lessons will only be available for the purchased time, however recorded lessons are available for the consumer to keep.
Any downloaded materials will not be copied and/or passed on to non paying persons.
Virtual Vocal Coach sessions will not be shown/used with/to non paying persons.
The Consumer agrees to complete an online assessment form.
JMW holds the right to cancel or change the date/time and/or venue of the event with notice to The Consumer by notification within reasonable time.
Referral
3o Days To Find Your Voice – The 3o Days To Find Your Voice ‘Refer a friend’ offer applies to one referral only.
Guarantees and Warranties
We promise to provide products/services to the best of our ability, however, due to virtual technology there may be a delay at times to the live lessons.
If there is interference with The Lessons, we will endeavour to regain contact to complete the lesson within the purchased time.
For all videos purchased that may not download, are faulty or passwords are not active, we guarantee to replace it if the CRM system advises of a matching fault or The Consumer has proof of the fault. We will refund the purchase price if the fault can not be fixed but reserves the right to send The Consumer a replacement copy instead.
Customer Service
We endeavour to respond to any complaints made within 48 hours of the complaint being received by e-mail to info@jordanmusicworkshops.co.uk.
Intellectual Property Rights ('IP'):
JMW holds the IP of all property created, held, designed and produced on our website/CRM.
Commission and Refunds
- Affiliate’s commission but must be obtained via the affiliate link.
- Refund requests – courses are non-refundable, however, can be transferred to the next available course.
Future Changes
We reserve the right to make any changes to their products and/or IP and all consumers will be notified where necessary.
